Instructions to crack
- Install Fresh Tally. If you have any demo database it is advocated you delete it first.
- Run Tally.exe (Original)
- Press A: Activate License
- You must be offline or close internet.
- Put any data in Serial Number, Activation Key and any email id.
- Press Enter
- Click 2. Continue in offline mode
- You will find msg as tally.req.lic file created.
- Close Tally
- Now open folder where Tally is installed as C:/Tally.ERP9
- Rename file tally_req.lic to simply tally.lic
- Download Cracked File from above and replace tally.exe
